The large plot of land off Melton Road, in Edwalton near West Bridgford , has been given a guide price of £3.5 million, and could be used to build a dream home, according to estate agents.
“If we don’t find the buyer who wants to build the 'mega house' that would be worth £10m+ when finished, I could see a high net worth family building three or four houses for the whole family here in a secure private setting accessed off a long private drive, but within easy access of all that West Bridgford has to offer.
