ALL Under One Banner (AUOB) has said that around 500 people marched from Kyle of Lochalsh to the Isle of Skye in support of independence on Saturday.

Prior to the march, Yes Skye and Lochalsh co-ordinator Carole Inglis said: “It’s great to see AUOB reaching out to all corners of Scotland, giving rural and island communities the opportunity to show their support for Scottish independence.”The route took those marching from the Kyle of Lochalsh leisure centre and across the Skye Bridge before ending in front of the Kings Arms Hotel.
In a post on social media, AUOB said: “We are proud to announce that c. 500 Scottish self-determination supporters marched for independence from Kyle of Lochalsh to the Isle of Skye, with many coming from local communities as well as further afield.leadership hopeful Ash Regan was among the speakers at the rally.
