'Inferno' at block of flats in Bedford kills one - with more feared dead

Authorities fear more people may have lost their lives in the blaze on Redwood Grove

"Very sadly, we know that at least one person has passed away in the explosion today," Mr Murphy said. "Our building is adjacent to the apartment complex - immediately an inferno visible, huge smoke cloud billowing, people screaming and people frantically calling for emergency services."
