And the hike looked breathtaking, with the brunette beauty sharing a snap of herself and David with a glowing sunset as their backdrop. The couple, who were reported to have caught coronavirus while partying in LA, enjoyed the spa's immune boosting programme during their stay at the villa, which includes ozone therapy, oxygen inhalation sessions and lymphatic massage.
The dreamy trip was also partnered with some very delicious looking food, and David shared snaps of a mushroom omelette-style dish, as well as various other vegetarian offerings, with chickpeas and veggie soup making an appearance too.
