EastEnders is set for another explosive Christmas and New Year, thanks to the deceitful antics of Cindy Beale. Last year, Michelle Collins sensationally reprised her role as Cindy more than 25 years since her last appearance on the BBC soap.
Since returning, and in true Cindy style, she has reignited her relationship with Ian with the pair now engaged. But she is also currently having an affair with Junior Knight after trying to get back with his dad George. The Express reports the actress and Mike, who is 22 years younger than her, announced they were engaged in April 2022, 10 years after meeting. They got married in August 2022 at Islington Town Hall.
"He said 'because with your mum gone, I knew how much she meant to you and I felt I wanted to make you feel safe and look after you'. It's such a beautiful lovely thing to say. And I suppose I do feel safe."
