Footballer Jack Grealish is set to seal a record-breaking £100million deal after reportedly agreeing a transfer to Manchester City.
Where will Jack live? The footballer currently lives in Worcestershire in a six-bedroom detached house which was previously on the market for a cool £1.75million Speaking exclusively to OK!, Antony Waring, local Yopa estate agent for Greater Manchester, said: "The most popular places for footballers to live are in South Manchester, North Cheshire and, in particular, areas such as Bowdon, Hale and Alderley Edge.
Meanwhile Charlie Ardern, head of property consultancy Cluttons Manchester office, added: "The real epicentre of the wealthy remains Cheshire's Golden Triangle and in particular Alderley Edge, Wilmslow, and Knutsford. Former England footballer Wayne Rooney and wife Coleen live in Prestbury while Manchester City player Phil Foden lives in Bramhall with his girlfriend Rebecca Cooke and son Ronnie.
