The property was built in the early 1900s and is set to be sold at Bond Wolfe's next auction on Wednesday, March 27. The building is set on a 0.4 acre plot off a private tree-lined roadway and has aJames Mattin, managing director of Bond Wolfe, stated:"The property offers residential conversion potential, subject to planning, with mainly substantial detached properties on generous plots in the nearby locality.
Each of the bedrooms in the approximately 8,126 sq ft building has its own wash-hand basins, and several also have ensuite toilets. There is also an open plan living area, office accommodation, assisted bathrooms, kitchen and conservatory extension at the site. This is in addition to an eight-person passenger lift. The property is connected to the A60 Woodhouse Road via Park Avenue, and it's also approximately 12 miles north of Nottingham.Taking to popular Facebook group, Cleaning tips and tricks, the savvy woman, called Faith, shared her wisdom - leaving other users in awe.
