Paul has embarked on a twelve week fitness journey 💪
Sam Faiers’ boyfriend Paul Knightley has showed off his incredible fitness transformation after an eight week fitness journey, and it’s safe to say he looks fantastic.
How has Paul achieved his transformation? It seems Paul’s body transformation is largely due to the motivation he’s received from his PT, named KC. During lockdown, reality star Paul has shared various videos of himself working out alongside KC on a split screen, whilst participating in a twelve week online fitness challenge.
Inside Samantha Faiers' incredible Surrey home with Toy Story bedroom, glam bathroom, and minimalist kitchen Paul’s personal trainer KC spoke exclusively to OK! Online about Paul’s training: “Paul’s journey has been amazing to be part of,” he said, adding: “We literally started from the ground zero eight weeks ago when I put together his 12 week plan.
In one shot, Sam, who dons workout gear, writes: “Training has kept me so focused,” whilst thanking KC. She adds: “This is the fittest I’ve been since BOTH kids. I’ve always loved exercising on a fitness mission.”
