Inside Denise Welch's son Matt Healy's life as he's rumoured to be dating Taylor Swift
Matty Healy AKA the frontman from the UK rock band The 1975 is pretty famous in his own right. The 34 year old started the band back in 2002 with his high school mates but it wasn’t until 10 years later that Matty and co had their breakthrough and first big break.
Who is Matty Healy? Like his new rumoured beau Taylor Swift, Matty is also known for his successful music career. Born in London on the 8 April, 1989, as well as being a singer and composer, he’s also dabbled in acting. But that just runs in the family… Influence-wise, Matty credits iconic musical artists like Talking Heads, Michael Jackson and My Bloody Valentine as major inspirations.
Matty’s dad, Tim Healy, is also a TV icon, having starred in famous shows like Auf Wiedersehen, Pet, and Benidorm. There are so many snaps of Paul and Matty at Phoebe’s shows, while she’s also opened for The 1975 and appeared in the music video for their track I’m In Love With You.
