A high-end restaurant and bar featuring a menu inspired by the four elements with a name inspired by its rural setting has opened near Chorley. Ewe Restaurant and Bar is in the beautiful Westhoughton countryside, offering views of Rivington Pike and also boasts number of other interesting features.
Executive chef Maros Surovka’s menu is based on the four elements, earth with signature dishes such as Shepard’s pie and beef wellington), seafood for water, air will be chicken and duck-based dishes and fire will come from sizzling steaks from the grill. The menu is also filled with pasta and pizza, as well as vegan and vegetarian options.
Nathan Baxter, operations manager at Ewe, said: “We are so excited to be officially open! We’re so happy to be welcoming guests to enjoy this unique dining experience in the heart of rural Bolton. We’re proud to be using quality, local suppliers and to be bringing something special to the community.
