Mum-of-two Sally Ann Hall died at the Royal Preston Hospital
Sally Ann Hall had been admitted to hospital on April 20 last year, having taken an overdose, but was later discharged. She was taken to the Royal Preston Hospital on April 28 where she died with the cause of death recorded as mixed drug toxicity, cardiac arrest and left ventricular hypertrophy.
"She died from the combined effects of mixed drug toxicity and a cardiac arrest, contributed to by left ventricular hypertrophy, from which she did not recover." "My mum always supported others, so now I’m asking for your support to enable me, Brandon and all those who love her to be able to give Sally the correct goodbyes.
