She nearly kills him in a fight, demonstrating just how strong of a threat she is.

Why Anissa Is Already A Threat For Invincible Anissa’s introduction showcases her as one of the most powerful Viltrumites seen on the show so far. While Mark has trouble fighting a giant kaiju in the ocean - a type of creature even Nolan struggled to battle in season 1 - she manages to kill it with a single blow. She also came dangerously close to ending Mark's life, sparing him at the last second.
