HSBC account holders have reported issues with the bank's app this morning (Friday, June 28).
There have already been more than 6700 reported issues on Downdetector this morning .Account holders have gone online this morning to vent their frustration and try and work out whether other people are having the same issue.
Someone else posted:"@HSBC_UK Good morning,im getting a service unavailable message on my mobile banking,I can’t log in."HSBC"really sorry" and working on getting services back to normal We’re really sorry that some customers are having issues accessing personal online and mobile banking. Our IT teams are working hard to get these services back to normal. You can still authorise online card purchases via SMS.In a post on the social media platform, the bank said:"We’re really sorry that some customers are having issues accessing personal online and mobile banking.
