There's bound to be people who fancy a McDonald's today
It's New Year's Day and some people will definitely be waking up craving a McDonald's and wondering if it is open.
Many McDonald's remained closed on Christmas Day to give staff time off to be with loved ones, but what about today? The fast food giant has legions of followers, who love getting stuck into a Big Mac or Sausage & Egg McMuffin on any given day of the year. Even if you're not nursing a hangover, you might just fancy a quick fix to save cooking after the busy Christmas and New Year period. There will also be plenty of people working today who fancy a fast food treat during their shift and let's not forget many people will be on the road travelling up and down the country, visiting relatives or heading home after the New Year festivities.
We've taken a look at the McDonald's restaurants in Liverpool and several are open on New Year's Day. Here are the opening times for some of the McDonald's in Liverpool and you can check further opening times on the McDonald's website
