CLEVELAND, Ohio - Everyone is hoping to grab a front row seat on April 8 when Northeast Ohio is in the path of totality for the historic solar eclipse.
But, Farley says demand is so high for the eclipse there are places around the country where the moveable toilets are no longer available for the day. Farley says March is already the start to their busy season for porta potties because of big events like outdoor concerts, fairs and tailgating.
