ISIS has called on its fighters to break out from captivity in Iraq and Syria, a new report has claimed.
The terror organisation has lost most of the territory it once controlled but its leader, Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi, has urged his fighters to reestablish a ‘caliphate’ in the region.
