Presidential aspirant Manila Mayor Isko Moreno says a former Navy flag officer is the right person to lead the Defense department since they have the expertise in guarding the country's borders
If elected, presidential aspirant Isko Moreno said he will appoint a former Navy flag officer as defense secretary.
Moreno gave credit to President Rodrigo Duterte for halting the production of illegal drugs, which led to less supply being sold on the streets.
