The girlfriend told police they got into an argument at the pool area of the Airbnb they were staying in after she threatened to break up with Venegas.Venegas allegedly slapped her in the face and pushed her into the shallow area of the pool causing the girlfriend to strike her chin on the concrete floor of the pool, according to legal documents.
