Nasrallah condemned the exploding pager and walkie-talkie attacks on Hezbollah, calling it a 'severe blow.'

Israeli warplanes shattered the calm over Beirut on Thursday as Hezbollah leader Hassan Nasrallah delivered a fiery televised speech from an undisclosed location.Nasrallah accused Israel of crossing a 'red line' following the remote detonation of rigged communication devices that killed 37 and injured over 3,000.'The enemy will face a severe and fair punishment from where they expect and don't expect,' he said.

The walkie-talkie devices that detonated on Wednesday caused more severe injuries than the pagers used in the first day's attack, due to their increased size. Many suffered gaping wounds on their legs, abdomens and faces or were maimed in the hand.Hezbollah has framed its near-daily strikes on northern Israel as a show of support for Hamas. In response, Israel has intensified its military actions in southern Lebanon, targeting Hezbollah positions and senior members in the capital, Beirut.
