'It's getting better and better' - 8 brilliant photos of Nottingham's Winter Wonderland on first weekendTraders at Nottingham's Winter Wonderland have heaped praise on the annual Christmas Market, saying the event gets better each year. But on the first weekend since it opened, some stallholders said it appeared much quieter when compared to previous years.
Speaking to NottinghamshireLive on Saturday afternoon , another stallholder was full of praise for this year's event. Kelsey Freeman said:"It's a little quiet, but I've been doing this for three years . I'm relatively new to the Nottingham Christmas Market, but this one is the best. I like the atmosphere here and the way it's set up it's just a lot better."
"It's my first time here and I have to say I'm impressed. We live in Sheffield and we travelled down today , we think it's very good. The expectations weren't high but as soon as we walked in we thought 'this is great, absolutely perfect for families'.
