Beauty fans approve of the REFY cooling eye balm that 'hydrates' and 'depuffs'
The beauty brand REFY, the 'brainchild of influencer Jessica Hunt and co-founder Jenna Meek,' launched in 2020. One of their products sounds particularly appealing for the mini-heatwave forecast in Merseyside.
The reviews are pretty impressive, with the product earning a near perfect 4.8 out of a possible five star rating. 96% of users say they would recommend the eye balm to others. Some users have described the product as "incredible" and "mega". Another shopper said their makeup applies better when layered on top of the product, adding: "I really like this, my under eyes stay hydrated for longer. It is also really cooling. Also sits well under makeup as long as you let it dry down. Would recommend."
