Managing and administering clients’ Microsoft 365 environments, including user management, email setup, and troubleshooting.Training end-users on new technologies and IT procedures.Performing network installations, including cabling and router configurations.Supporting VOIP systems by setting up new extensions and phones.CompTIA certifications are advantageous.Strong knowledge of computer systems, networks, and troubleshooting techniques.Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Own reliable transport and a valid driver’s license.Familiarity with NinjaOne or another RMM tool .
