Coronation Street fans are convinced they know what Claire Sweeney's character Cassie Plummer has planned for Ken Barlow.
Coronation Street enthusiasts reckon they've sussed out Cassie Plummer's next move for Ken Barlow , and it doesn't bode well. Cassie, Tyrone Dobbs' estranged mum, first made her appearance on the cobbles in 2023, quickly becoming a fan favourite and stirring up some drama. Recently, after Ken suffered a nasty fall requiring a carer, the Barlows found professional care too costly and turned to Cassie, despite her lack of formal qualifications.
An angry Steve confronted Cassie, who threatened to quit her job caring for Ken, reports the Express . However, later, while visiting Ken, Cassie overheard him on the phone discussing his £50,000 investment win. Seemingly backtracking on her decision to quit, Cassie offered to make Ken a cuppa, smirking to herself in the kitchen. Now, fans are convinced Cassie is hatching a devious plot against Ken.
