The Strictly Come Dancing winner sent a tribute to mark the occasion
Ellie Leach sent a heartfelt message to her former Coronation Street co-star to mark a special occasion. The Strictly Come Dancing winner is renowned for her role as Faye Windass on the popular ITV show. The 23-year-old was one of the show's most important characters across her long stint on the show from 2011 - 2023. Ellie remains close friends with many of her former co-stars including Colson Smith, who played her onscreen love interest, Craig Tinker.
' Colson thanked his co-stars for the messages as he said: 'Thanks for all the birthday love, I'm feeling proper old.' The soap star decided to mark his special day in unexpected fashion as he ran 26km to celebrate turning 26. The soap star credits his love for running as to how he managed to overhaul his lifestyle. Colson has been open about his weight loss transformation and has shed over 10 stone in recent years.
