The ex-firefighter managed to make it all the way to the final round
Clint, a firefighter turned axe throwing instructor, was the final contestant left standing on Lee Mack's quiz show The 1% Club that requires logic and thinking outside the box to walk away with victorious. The ITV show features questions of varying levels of difficulty that fewer and fewer members of the general public managed to get right.
However, for it to be so far into the quiz, there was surely something a little bit more complex that people needed to think twice about. As the timer ticked down, you could see the men left in the quiz were all racking their brains but only one managed to find the answer. Out of 100 people, Clint found himself stood before Southport-born Lee Mack with one final question stood between him and a lifechanging sum of cash. He refused to take a gamble with his prize pot and walked away with £10,000.
