Jack McGann scores impressive victory in his bout on undercard of Tyson Fury vs Francis Ngannou
Before the televised Tyson Fury vs Francis Ngannou PPV, Jack ‘The Pilgrim’ McGann knocked out Roberto Duran's son with a swift left hook counter in the second round.
“Chuck used to knock people out going backwards and the shot I hit Duran with was on the back foot. So, I said to him straight away, that was like one of yours, it was a bit of Chuck magic, a bit of the Iceman.” The super welterweight also received a lot of support after the fight with well-known names reaching out to congratulate him. Long-time friend and actor, Tom Hardy, posted the entire fight onto Instagram as McGann’s bout wasn’t televised. Hardy added: “We are all tremendously proud of you Jack and know how hard you continue to work, congratulations brother.”
