The claims come after a police report revealed how Jacko refused to answer Jordan's furious dad when he confronted him and asked: "Are you f***ing my kid?" A copy of the official affidavit was filed as part of a 1995 lawsuit in which former Neverland employees who allegedly witnessed the abuse accused Jacko of "gagging them".
