JACOB REES-MOGG slapped down John Bercow for branding the decision to suspend Parliament as a 'constitutional outrage,' with the Brexiteer claiming the Speaker of the House had himself acted 'unconstitutionally.'
. Asked to comment from Speaker of the House John Bercow lamenting the move, Mr Rees-Mogg said his colleague defied his constitutional role by speaking out against the Government.
