Jada Pinkett Smith has stunned with the revelation she and her husband Will Smith separated seven years ago. Revealing that the couple, who married in 1997, have been living apart she clarified they have no plans to divorce.
Will Smith opens up about Oscars slap. The arrangement has been in place since 2016 and she said their “exhaustion with trying” was the motive behind the split. Speaking with TV journalist Hoda Kotb, she shared why the marriage broke down. “That’s a lot of things, and I think by the time we got to 2016, we were just exhausted with trying,” she said in the NBC interview, seen in a clip shared by People.
