Jade Thirlwall has shared the depth of her heartbreak after Jesy Nelson 's departure from Little Mix. Jesy left the band in December 2020 after a nine-year run and went on to pursue a solo career.
Speaking on The Louis Theroux podcast, the 'It Girl' singer opened up about how tough Jesy's sudden exit was, especially since they didn't have a group discussion about it. She explained: "I think that's why I struggled with it because we didn't all get a chance to just sit together, like we've done so for so many years, to just hash it out."To cope, Jade revealed that she and the remaining members sought therapy. "We had a lot of group therapy.
She continued: "If she needed to do that for herself, no matter what happened behind-the-scenes, or you know, anything that unfolded, I'll never discredit or invalidate the struggles that she had in the group. After her solo career, Jesy is now looking forward to becoming a mum. Last week, the 33-year-old revealed she was "eating for three" while showing off her growing bump, with boyfriend Zion Foster by her side.
