Jailed cartel leader's girlfriend is busted trying to leave prison in guard's uniform in the middle of a riot
Ecuador's police is looking for Verónica Briones Zambrano, the girlfriend of Los Choneros gang leader José Adolfo 'Fito' Macías Villamar. Briones Zambrano spent five days in Macías Villamar's cell and tried to escape in the middle of a shootout between inmates and security forces on October 2.
