A shamed doctor who sexually assaulted dozens of female patients faces being struck off the medical register.
He was sentenced to 12 years in prison for his crimes at the High Court in Glasgow after being found guilty of 54 charges in April following a two-month trial.The offences, which spanned from February 1983 to May 2018, mainly occurred at medical practices in North Lanarkshire, but also at a hospital accident and emergency department, a police station and during visits to patients' homes.
