James Argent has showcased his 14st weight loss in a football kit while playing a charity match on Sunday 1 May.Debuting his slim physique, the former TOWIE star enjoyed a charity game of football at Crewe Alexandra FC, Mornflake Stadium with fundraising organisation SellebritySoccer.

"I’ve dreamed for years of being able to wear stuff that felt like ME. Stuff like this. I remember seeing my pal @jakehall making clothes that I absolutely loved but never thought I’d be able to fit into them!"James is undeniably chuffed with his successful weight loss, but admitted on Good Morning Britain that he fears he may have gone too far.
Arg added: "Never did we think anyone would be saying, 'Arg, you need to put weight on. It's a nice change!"
