Arg, 31, has taken the big step of signing up to a boxing gym in order to lose some pounds after a weight loss expert said he was ‘concerned’ about the TV star’s weight gain and that he was on ‘death row’.
The gloves are on for James Argent who has turned to boxing in a bid to tackle his weight gain. And he’s in good hands as none other than boxer Anthony Yarde has joined him in the ring.
On Wednesday night, the former Towie star shared an Instagram photo of himself in the ring at London’s PeacockRevealing what spurred him on to change his lifestyle, Arg said in the caption: ‘I’ve been warned I’m on “Death Row” because of my weight gain!‘Thanks to my old friends @mranthonyyarde @tundeajayi9today my life changes & I’m back in the boxing gym!James is ready to get his fitness back on track Sounds like he’ll be put through his paces.
