James Argent warned that he is morbidly obese and that half of his bodyweight is fat

Arg, who has put on ten stone in the last two years, is training to swim across the Channel but had to visit a doctor to make sure he was medically fit. But Sport scientist Dr Greg White didn't mince his words as he said: "He's morbidly obese. Almost half of his bodyweight is composed of fat and a lot of that fat is around the organs.During the programme, Arg opened up about his own fears for his heart, and told the doctors about his father's recent heart problems.
