James Haskell has opened up about his experience with ADHD and revealed he has a 'destructive personality' in a new interview, following his split from wife Chloe Madeley
James Haskell has spoken candidly about his experience with ADHD in a new interview, admitting that while he it is his "superpower" it also can be "destructive".
James, who was diagnosed with ADHD during childhood, told host Simon Mundle: "My ADHD has been my superpower. My mind works at a million miles an hour…I've written seven books, released eight tracks, DJ, run a podcast, write speeches. It also gets me in trouble, I've got a bit of a destructive personality, I speak before I think."
Elsewhere on the podcast, he spoke about becoming a father last year and his mental health, describing his home life as "tricky" after Bodhi's birth. James' candid chat comes after he and Chloe parted ways after five years of marriage and nearly a decade as a couple. The pair shared the sad news in a statement shared on social media after weeks of speculation.
