The authorities determined it was a domestic violence incident following an investigation, and Kennedy was subsequently arrested for misdemeanor domestic violence. 'We are in the process of conducting our own investigation into the allegations levied by the Burbank Police Department against James,' attorneys for Kennedy, 32, said in a Friday statement.
'That never happened. There was no physical altercation,' she said on Scheana Shay's podcast Scheananigans. 'It's not alleged... That's exactly right. No, it's not alleged. We'll talk about it soon,' she replied.
