Kennedy was arrested last month after Burbank Police Department responded to a call about a 'man and woman arguing' at his residence around 11:30 p.m. on Tuesday, December 11. The Burbank Police Daily Arrest Log reported that an officer spoke with both Kennedy and the woman that night inside a residence after receiving a 9-1-1 call, according to TMZ.
An insider shared with the publication that Kennedy has 'been telling friends that they are just taking a break' and that he and Ally are 'still talking'. A source revealed that the couple of two years were giving one another space and are waiting for 'the dust to settle' for the sake of Kennedy's DJ career.
