The Grand Tour presenters Jeremy Clarkson, Richard Hammond and James May have ruled out a return.
James May has quipped that it was time to call it quits on The Grand Tour, as he and his co-presenters were "on the brink of death".
He elaborated: "It was time to stop. We are all getting quite old. One or two of us are on the brink of death, and I hope we left on a high note with people wanting more, because that's what you're supposed to do in show business. So, I'm not depressed about it. It's a time for reflection, and a reflection usually leads to another gin."
Earlier this month, viewers of The Grand Tour were left emotional after watching the final episode of the popular show, reports the Mirror. The episode intertwined scenes from their seminal 2007 journey with recent adventures, striking a deep chord with fans and reminding them of the early and final stages of their iconic careers.
"Just finished the final @thegrandtour episode..." one confessed, "Gonna just go cry myself to sleep."
