Liverpool hero Jamie Carragher has predicted how he thinks Celtic's Champions League campaign will end.
The Scottish champions lost 6-0 to Diego Simeone's side as the Parkhead continued after doubles from Antoine Griezmann and Alvaro Morata as well as strikes from Samuel Lino and Saul Niguez.
“It was about Celtic trying to keep the score down, they just couldn’t. The problem they had is they dropped points against Celtic , nobody had dropped points against Celtic up until now."Now, they better hope that Celtic can maybe take points off someone else in the last couple of games and they do their own job as well .”The former Celtic ace moved from Glasgow to Saudi Arabia in June this year.
He was left out of the club's domestic squad, with rules permitting only eight foreign players per club. Al-Ittihad had too many within their ranks, so Jota was left on the sidelines. He cannot feature in any Pro League matches until January at the earliest when squad lists can be reviewed.
