EXCLUSIVE: Following the announcement of his engagement to beau Jess Bell, Hollyoaks' Jamie Lomas says daughter Polly - whom he shares with ex Kym Marsh - couldn't be happier
Introducing your child to your brand new partner can be a daunting prospect, especially if you're sure your new beau is 'the One', but for Hollyoaks 'bad boy' Jamie Lomas, this was far from the case.
The couple were thrilled when Hear'Say singer Kym fell pregnant, but tragically their son Archie was born prematurely at just 21 weeks, and died within minutes of being born in 2009. "We built the friendship first – we both thought that was important – and then something deeper grew out of that. Then one day I came home and noticed her toothbrush had taken up residence in the bathroom," he reminisces.
