Jamie Oliver loses two stone with one 'easy' change
The TV chef, 46, made a simple change to his diet in order to shed the excess pounds and now wants to encourage fans and their kids to do the same.Speaking to the Radio Times, Jamie revealed: "I pushed meat down, pushed veggie up, got more sleep and more movement.
