Panel will NOT bring criminal charges against former President Donald Trump, chair of January 6 committee says - But not all members agree!

The claim was swiftly contradicted by panel members Liz Cheney and Adam Schiff, who said no decision had been made. Attorney General Merrick Garland said a decision to prosecute will be up to the Justice Department.
