Janette Manrara, co-presenter of It Takes Two, has encouraged this year's Strictly Come Dancing contestants to confide in her about any issues they may be facing, following the show's recent bullying scandal.

Graziano apologised but later said: “I didn’t deliberately hurt anyone. I am not a monster. I am not an abusive man,” adding that his mental health had been affected and he’d been plagued by “ugly thoughts”.
