Jason Cundy snapped at Jamie O’Hara as they clashed over Gareth Southgate ’s tactics in the wake of England ’s lifeless 1-1 draw with Denmark.Morten Hjulmand equalised for Denmark before the interval, but it could have been even worse for Southgate’s men whose lethargic display almost cost them three points.Doubts were also raised about Southgate’s substitutions which saw Conor Gallagher, Jarrod Bowen and Eberechi Eze introduced in the second half.
