The publication announced the nominees for its annual award on Tuesday, which included Timothée Chalomet, Pedro Pascal, Usher, Jamie Foxx and Lenny Kravitz. The winner, Patrick Dempsey, was announced later in the evening.Kelce was something of a surprise pick.
