Jason Oppenheim Slashes Price of Kanye West’s Malibu Home

‘Selling Sunset’ star Jason Oppenheim listed Kanye West’s gutted Malibu mansion, designed by Tadao Ando, for $53 million

Jason Oppenheim has dropped the price of Kayne West’s mansion by $14 million.

Oppenheim, 46, listed the four-bedroom, five-bedroom property for $53 million, but there’s a catch. The home has no doors, windows, plumbing, architectural finishes or HVAC system and isn’t wired for electricity. Call it a luxury fixer-upper? “Best known for his minimalist structures and his assured use of reinforced concrete, Ando's trademark design of ‘smooth-as-silk’ concrete is wholly present in the structure and surface of the home,” reads a description of the home on The Oppenheim Group’s website.
