Reality star Jax Taylor is reportedly seeking shared custody of his three-year-old son Cruz with estranged wife Brittany Cartwright following their divorce filing.
Jax Taylor formally asked a Superior Court of California judge to grant his estranged wife Brittany Cartwright full legal and physical custody of their three-year-old son Cruz Michael Cauchi in a legal filing dated September 26. As for financial child support, the 45-year-old reality star checked the box 'other' and he listed their $1.9M five-bedroom home in North Hollywood as their only asset, which will be divided 'at a later time' - according to People.
He also checked the box for 'dissolution of marriage' indicating that they might not have ever been legally married - according to Page Six. The AirSculpt paid partner legally separated from Jax (born Jason Cauchi) on January 24 - the day before her 35th birthday - and she filed for divorce on August 27 after four years of marriage. Taylor - who's since realized he's a narcissist - had just completed a 30-day stint at a mental health facility on August 22 where he was diagnosed with bipolar disorder and post-traumatic stress disorder and worked on his 'serious anger issues.' 'We're okay, we're co-parenting,' Brittany updated E! News on Monday. 'That's the most important thing. Other than that, it is what it is...Obviously we're both going to put first. 'It's going to be fine no matter what, because we both love him so much. So, even if Jax and I are fighting, it's not going to ever come between Cruz. It's never going to be a thing.' As for little Cruz, Cartwright gushed: 'He's the best swimmer in the world. He's only three and he can go to the bottom of the deep end, get toys, come up. He can do flips in the water.
