Jayden Danns is eyeing up more opportunities under Arne Slot after scoring off the bench in Liverpool’s 4-0 victory over Accrington Stanley. The 18-year-old was making only his second appearance of the season for the Reds, having missed the majority of the first half of the campaign through injury. The teenager burst onto the scene last season, scoring his first goals for the club in an FA Cup victory over Southampton back in February.
It's not really any frustration from me. I'm young, there's still a lot more to do hopefully, a lot more I can do. So, I'm looking forward to it.' Meanwhile, speaking to LFC TV after the final whistle, Danns admitted he does not know if he will leave on loan this month as he elaborated on his injury frustration. 'Yeah, 100%,' he said. 'He's given me the opportunity and I've taken it so hopefully there are more opportunities to come.
