Jeff Brazier has spilled some behind-the-scenes tea on BBC's hit series Race Across the World. Charming fans with his sun-kissed selfies alongside son Freddy, Jeff, 45, dished the dirt on their thrilling race from Brazil's Belem to Chile's Frutillar.
As the series finale looms tonight , listeners of the Mile Fly Club podcast were treated to an exclusive on September 15, with host Laura Hamilton getting the lowdown from Jeff. The intrigue doesn't stop there. Jeff explained the lengths the show goes to ensure fairness: "They don't want you looking at the language and learning any that's gonna help you. They don't want you sort of getting any guide books that you can sort of sneak in your bag and have an advantage."
The teams, including BBC Radio 2's presenter Scott Mills with his now-husband, Sam, alongside Kelly Brook and her partner Jeremy, embarked on a challenging trek across South America, all while working with a tight budget of just £1,100.
